SCHEDULING: Patients are seen by appointment only. Scheduling is based on first come, first serve basis. Although we may occasionally have an emergency, we try our best to see patients on time. We ask the same consideration of you. If you will be more than 10 minutes later, please call us to let us know. At that time we might have to reschedule your appointment for a later time during the day to avoid not getting back up with our other patient appointments scheduled for that day. In the event that cancellation is necessary, we require 24 hours notice in order to allow scheduling of other patients during that time.
CHILDREN: It is our policy that children are not allowed in the treatment area unless being treated. Your children can wait in the waiting room until your treatment is done. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. If the parent cannot stay during the course of treatment of his or her child, a consent form to treat a minor must be filed out and signed by you the parent and/or guardian. In case of an emergency, please speak with the office staff.
We value our patients and will try to make your treatment at our office as pleasant and productive as possible. If you have any questions and/or comments regarding your treatment, please feel free to ask our staff.
